Mike Magner, a partner on the White Collar Defense Team in the New Orleans office, spoke on two topics at the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) Annual Meeting on July 8 and 9, 2019, in Asheville, NC. Mike took part in the presentation “Civil Representation of a Party Arising from Criminal Allegations,” where he and other litigators discussed the unique challenges that can arise when representing a client in a case that involves allegations of criminal activity. He also shared his experiences in pro bono work during the “IADC Talks: Go Pro Bono!” talk.
