Brandon Hughey, a partner in the Birmingham office, presented “Making Sense of Exit Language: An Investor Counsel’s Perspective” at the 2019 Annual Louisiana Association of Affordable Housing Providers (LAAHP) Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana. The LAAHP is a non-profit organization dedicated to working on laws, legislation, and programs for the development of viable affordable housing in Louisiana.
