Jennifer Kogos, a partner in the Labor & Employment Practice Group, participated as a panelist on the “Managing Employee Leave and Accommodations in 2025: Practical Strategies for HR Compliance and Risk Reduction” webinar, hosted by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). The panelists provided insight on the many obligations employers face under national and state laws when dealing with employee’s medical and mental health conditions and discussed best practices when facing these challenges and how a collaborative approach with the employee usually brings the best results.
