Nick Primrose, special counsel in the Government Relations Practice Group in the Tallahassee office, served as a panelist at SHIPPINGInsight's PROJECT 2027: Catalyzing the U.S. Maritime Industry into Action conference on October 13, 2026, in Houston, Texas. Nick's panel "Maritime Prosperity Zones" outlined proposed legislation to establish Maritime Prosperity Zones (MPZs) that incentivize public-private investment where the maritime industrial base can thrive. He also explored ongoing initiatives and pathways for appropriate communities to leverage MPZs in 2027.
