Lauren Mastio, a partner in the Litigation Practice Group and member of the Energy and Construction Industry Teams, served as a moderator of the panel "Laying The Groundwork For Power-To-X Permitting" during the Business Network for Offshore Wind's inaugural Power to X Summit on August 24, 2023. The panel discussed the upcoming BOEM Gulf of Mexico auction and addressed other permitting and regulatory issues related to project development and alternative power offtakes for offshore wind projects.
