Matthew C. McDonald, a partner in the firm's Mobile office, will address the Alabama State Legislature and Legislative staff in a series of programs on ethics. Mr. McDonald was asked to conduct the training on behalf of the Alabama Law Institute and the Legislative Council. The program for the Legislative staff will be held on January 15, 2009, and the program for the entire Alabama State Legislature will be held on February 10, 2009.
