Matt McDonald, a partner in the Mobile office, and Jim Rebarchak, special counsel in the Mobile office, were elected as board members of the Alabama Law Foundation. The nonprofit organization gives annual grants to organizations providing free legal aid to low-income Alabama residents in civil cases, subsidizing projects that improve the administration of justice, and assisting with law-related education. The grants are funded by the Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts (IOLTA) program and by donations to the Fellows Program and Atticus Finch Society from Alabama Bar members.
