Matthew C. McDonald, a partner on the Government Relations team in the Mobile office, recently presented during the Alabama Council of Association Executives “Legislative Issues” seminar held at Capitol Auditorium in Montgomery, Alabama. The seminar provided guidance to lobbyists and legislators on how to comply with Alabama’s Code of Ethics and Fair Campaign Practices act during the session and campaign season when fundraising will be going on simultaneously.
