Marjorie McKeithen, partner and co-chair of the firm’s Energy, Environmental & Natural Resources Industry Team, participated as a panelist at the Tulane Offshore Wind Conference: The Future of Offshore Wind on January 19, 2024. Marjorie’s panel “Leasing in Federal and State Waters” addressed the rising potential of offshore wind energy in the Gulf of Mexico and outlined the regulations and leasing processes necessary for federal and state wind development.
