Alysse McLoughin, a partner in the Tax Practice Group, presented at the NYU 40th Annual Institute on State and Local Taxation on December 14, 2021. Alysse presented on the panel “Practical Ways to Avoid Qui Tam/Whistleblower Lawsuits,” which provided insight for businesses on how to plan to respond to complaints in order to avoid litigation.
