Grady Hurley, a partner in and co-leader of the maritime litigation and arbitration team, presented “Mediating Jones Act Claims” during a Mediation Arbitration Professional Systems, Inc., (MAPS) CLE on June 17, 2021. Grady provided an overview on seaman and vessel status and tort remedies and explained some more recent decisions surrounding seaman status for maritime workers.
