Andre Burvant, a partner on the state and local tax team in the New Orleans office, served as an instructor at the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT) Sales Tax School II on May 1, 2024. Andre participated in two sessions titled “Leasing, Audit, and Taxpayer Remedies” and “Mergers & Acquisitions.” IPT is a not-for-profit educational association that certifies professionals and establishes strict codes of conduct for property, sales and use, state income tax, and credits and incentives for taxpayer representatives.
