Stanley A. Millan, special counsel in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office, recently authored an article published in the Tulane Environmental Law Journal. The article titled, "Green Buildings and Plugging the Gaps in Environmental Laws," discusses the role of green buildings in enhanced environmental and safety compliance and poses a new role for lawyers and green buildings beyond construction law. West also released Millan et al.'s Louisiana Environmental Compliance (2013-2014) book in December 2013.
