Stanley A. Millan, special counsel in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office, presented to a group of licensed realtors and brokers on "greening" the Multiple Listing Service ("MLS") on Tuesday, August 12 in New Orleans. Mr. Millan, who is LEED® AP (BD+C)-certified by the U.S. Green Building Council, gave an overview of why adding a green component to listings is beneficial for both buyers and sellers.
