Kelly Duncan, partner and co-chair of the firm’s Gaming Industry Team, presented at the North American Gaming Regulators Association Annual Meeting in Boise, Idaho, on June 12 and June 15, 2023. Kelly administered an all-day training for new gaming commissioners and board members on June 12, during the “New Regulator/New Commissioner Training.” He also presented “Taming the Wild West of Advertising – Is Gaming still the Villain?” on June 15, which covered considerations when advertising sports betting.
