Litigation and Environmental & Toxic Torts partners Tom Nosewicz and Nikko Fischer have been appointed vice-chairs of the Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Committee within the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association for the 2003-2004 fiscal year. Mr. Nosewicz and Ms. Fischer will be co-editors of the Committee's newsletter which will be published three times over the next twelve months.
