Grady Hurley, a partner in the Maritime Practice Group in Jones Walker’s New Orleans office, served as a panelist during the AAA-ICDR State of Energy in Alternative Dispute Resolution seminar on September 19, 2023, in Houston, Texas. The panel “Offshore Industry, the Intersection of Energy and Maritime Disputes” included a slate of legal professionals and focused on emerging alternative dispute resolution issues involving offshore wind from the arbitrator, attorney, and client perspectives.
