Scott Jenkins, a partner and leader of the Maritime Practice Group in the firm's New Orleans office, and Cindy Muller, a partner and co-leader of the offshore wind initiative in the firm's Houston office, presented at the Norwegian-American Chamber Of Commerce Houston Chapter April Lunch and Learn on April 21, 2022. Their presentation "Offshore Wind and the Regulatory Landscape" outlined key provisions in offshore wind contracts that require close consideration in negotiations between owners and contractors and provided an overview on maritime regulatory issues relevant to offshore wind operations on the Outer Continental Shelf.
