Jim Kearns, special counsel in the Maritime Practice Group, and Brett Richards, special counsel in the Government Relations Practice Group, co-authored the article “Onshore Funding For Offshore Wind,” published by Marine News. In their article, Jim and Brett provide an overview of four recent PIDP grants that were awarded and focused on offshore wind and provide an analysis of how ports can utilize similar grant programs to expand on existing port services and offerings for the offshore wind industry.
