Andy Lee, a partner in the Litigation Practice Group and co-chair of the firm's privacy and data security team, and Jim Kearns, special counsel in the Maritime Practice Group, authored the article "OP-ED: Cybersecurity training is key to cybersecurity resiliency" published by Marine Log on July 19, 2022. Andy and Jim remind maritime stakeholders to devote sufficient time and other resources to refreshing the cybersecurity training of their employees, at least annually and preferably more often, in order to detect and thwart cyber-attacks.
