Samantha Oppenheim, an associate on the bankruptcy & restructuring team in the New Orleans office, will serve as a participant in the Annual Next Generation (NextGen) Program, hosted by the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ). Featuring up to 40 up-and-coming bankruptcy practitioners, the NextGen program offers exclusive access to networking events and future opportunities to participate as panelists during NCBJ Annual Meetings. All NextGen participants met stringent qualification criteria and demonstrate commitment to the continued educational development of bankruptcy professionals and to professional activities that will benefit the public, members of the bar, and the court system. This year’s NextGen program will take place during NCBJ’s Annual Meeting, which will be held in Chicago from September 17–20, 2025.
