List, an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group also in the New Orleans office, at an informational education session for The Idea Village’s Water Challenge Team on Tuesday, November 27, 2012. The presentation titled, "Organizational Structure, Documents, and Your Founding Team," discussed different types of entities, which types of entities to consider when forming an organization, legal aspects of building the right founding base for new companies, resolving deadlocks, membership interests, minority rights, and more.
