David M. Hunter, a partner in the Energy, Environmental & Natural Resources Practice Group in the New Orleans office, will give an overview of the US environmental scheme regulating the offshore at the Comparative Offshore Oil & Gas conference on March 13, 2015, at LSU Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Mr. Hunter will serve on the panel discussing "Environment, Health & Safety" with industry leaders from the United Kingdom, Norway, and the United States. The conference will examine the pertinent and often controversial regulatory and contractual issues in three major offshore oil and gas jurisdictions: the United States, United Kingdom, and Norway.
