Allen E. Frederic, III and Asher ​J. Friend, both partners in the Corporate & Securities practice in the New Orleans office, spoke on October 30 at a Loyola University New Orleans College of Law event hosted by the Entrepreneurial Business Law Society, Intellectual Property Law Society, and Phi Alpha Delta. The discussion revolved around law and entrepreneurship, and included an overview of the business landscape in Louisiana, and the role that lawyers play in advising an entrepreneurial business.
