Glenn G. Goodier and Grady S. Hurley, partners in the firm's Admiralty & Maritime Practice Group in the New Orleans office, will speak at the 25th Biennial Tulane Admiralty Law Institute Symposium on Maritime Personal Injury & Death: Jurisdiction to Judgment on March 11-13, 2015. During the session, "Punitive Damages," Mr. Goodier will be a panelist discussing the status of punitive damages under general maritime law. Mr. Hurley will moderate the panel discussion, "Litigating A Maritime Disaster—How Do You Get It Done?"
