Avery Pardee, a partner in the Litigation Practice Group, was recently elected board chair of the Innocence Project of New Orleans (IPNO). IPNO frees innocent people sentenced to life in prison and those serving unjust sentences. Avery ascended to this leadership role after joining the board in March of 2021. Her new role was announced in the Biz New Orleans article "Avery Pardee Named Board Chair of Innocence Project New Orleans" published on August 17, 2023.
