Avery Pardee, a partner in the New Orleans office, was selected as a member of the Senate Resolution 202 Task Force to study and recommend standards for electronic filing and records retention for Louisiana state courts. The goal of the task force is to have e-filing available across the state. Avery is the designee acting for the Louisiana Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
