Perret, Chief Marketing Officer, published an article, “Legal Marketing Association Advocates for Amendments to ABA Model Rules on Lawyer Advertising,” on the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) “Strategies+” blog. In the article, she discusses representing LMA at a recent American Bar Association (ABA) forum on the ethics and professional responsibility of lawyer advertising.
