Kaytie M. Pickett, an associate in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group, in the Jackson office, had an article titled, “A Trap for the Unwary: Third Party Arbitration Discovery,” recently published in the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association’s, The MDLA Quarterly, Volume 36, Number 4. The MDLA is an organization comprised of over 600 Mississippi defense attorneys practicing primarily in the defense of civil litigation in Mississippi State and Federal Courts. Its members include many of the state’s most prominent lawyers, both at a state and national level.
