Graham Ryan, a partner in the Litigation Practice Group and co-chair of the firm's PPP Bank Litigation and Regulatory Task Force, presented "PPP Litigation and Risk Update" to the Alabama Bankers Association during their 2021 Banking Law Seminar on February 5, 2021. In his presentation, Graham reviewed the litigation risks to banks and financial institutions arising from the Paycheck Protection Program and the latest updates to the more than $800 billion program in the Economic Aid Act.
