Jennifer Kogos, a partner in the Labor & Employment Practice Group, and Alex Glaser, a partner in the Tax Practice Group, presented “Practical Approach to Dealing with Sick and Injured Employees,” at the New Orleans Society of Human Resource Managers Annual Conference on October 28^th. The pair educated attendees on the legal risks presented under ADA, FMLA, COBRA, and Workers' Compensation laws and provided real world examples of how to deal with employees and still comply with these laws.
