Ruddy Ramelli, a partner in the Tax Practice Group, and Bobby House, a partner in the Corporate Practice Group, together with other members of the Jones Walker healthcare regulatory team assisted Ochsner Clinic Foundation in the formation of Ochsner Health Plan, Inc. and its qualification to offer coverage under the Medicare Advantage Program. This plan is the first of its kind in Louisiana and representation included preparing and successfully prosecuting the application with the Louisiana Department of Insurance.
