On November 6-7, tax and estate partner, Ruddy Ramelli, served as co-chair and panelist at the 8th Annual National Institute on Negotiating Business Acquisitions held at the Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston. The two-day national institute was sponsored by The American Bar Association Section of the Business Law Section of Taxation and the ABA Center for Continuing Legal Education.
