On October 22 and November 12, tax and estate partner, Ruddy Ramelli, presented the topic, "Forming and Separating Closely-Held Corporations and Partnerships," at the 62nd Institute on Federal Taxation which held it's annual institute program in two cities: October 19-24 at the Plaza Hotel in New York City and November 9-14 at the Sheraton Palace in San Francisco.
