Jackson attorneys W. Whitaker Rayner, a partner in the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group, and Andrew S. Harris, an associate in the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group, presented at the Intellectual Property, Entertainment and Sports Law Teleseminar hosted by The Mississippi Bar's Intellectual Property Section on November 14, 2017. Mr. Rayner moderated while Mr. Harris spoke on the panel, "Who Says the Supreme Court Doesn’t Care About IP?: A Two Part Series." The panel reviewed copyright and trademark cases before the Supreme Court, addressed attorneys’ fees for successful cases, and discussed current hot topics in the intellectual property field.
