W. Whitaker Rayner and Michael K. Leachman, both partners in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group and members of the Intellectual Property Team in the Jackson and Baton Rouge offices, will serve as panelists at a teleseminar hosted by the Intellectual Property Section of The Mississippi Bar and the Mid-South Intellectual Property Institute. The panel, to be held October 29, will cover nondisclosure agreements, trade secrets, patents and how patents fit in with trade secrets.
