W. Whitaker Rayner, a partner in the firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the Jackson office, was a featured speaker at the Mid-South Intellectual Property Institute in Oxford, Mississippi on February 7, 2014 and presented Trade Secrets Year in Review. The 2014 Institute’s Conference featured legal experts in not only the traditional disciplines of patent, trademark and copyright, but also specialists in sports law, music, film and the Internet. This third annual conference of the Mid-South Intellectual Property Institute again invited lawyers to come together and share knowledge and expertise, while updating their knowledge with the latest developments in intellectual property.
