Whit Rayner, co-leader of the firm’s intellectual property team, spoke at the Intellectual Property, Entertainment & Sports Law Section Teleseminar for the third consecutive year. His presentation “Copyrights: Happenings in Congress and the Copyright Office” addressed recent developments affecting rights of copyright holders in the legislative and executive branches. The teleseminar was hosted by the Mississippi Bar on December 4, 2019.
