Rob Carothers and Craig Landrum, partners on the Banking & Financial Services Industry Team, spoke on a panel at the Louisiana Bankers Association 2022 Bank Counsel Conference on December 1, at the Roosevelt Hotel in New Orleans. Rob and Craig participated on the "Alabama, Arkansas and Mississippi State Legislative Update" panel and discussed recent legislative and court developments impacting the banking industry, lending and collateral, business entities, and other commercial activity. Craig also moderated the “Regulatory Panel Discussion,” which included regulators representing the FDIC, Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions, Arkansas Banking Department, and the Mississippi Banking Department and covered the state of the banking industry and important regulatory issues currently faced by banks in these states.
