Dionne Rousseau, a partner in the Jones Walker Corporate Practice Group, participated as a panelist on April 5, 2022, on a webinar, sponsored by Postlethwaite & Netterville and Jones Walker, discussing trends in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosures by public and private companies. Dionne provided an overview of current regulatory requirements and practices and of the SEC’s proposed new rules on climate-related disclosures. She and other panelists also reviewed practical steps that companies can take to enhance their approach to addressing ESG matters with stakeholders.
