Graham Ryan, a partner in the Litigation Practice Group, authored an article entitled, "Federal Reserve Issues Stark Warning for Competitor Banks Looking to Poach Employees," which was published in the Employee Law Information Network. Graham, whose practice includes advising banks and financial institutions, reported on a recent decision by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System that sheds light on the risk of civil litigation and also the risk of an order of prohibition from further participation in banking under the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(e).
