On December 2–3 in New Orleans, litigation and white collar crime attorney Rick Schroeder served as co-chair of the Commercial Crimes Seminar, sponsored by the Louisiana Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. The two-day seminar was attended by over 90 white collar defense lawyers.  Presenters at the seminar included litigation and white collar crime lawyer Pauline Hardin on health care fraud and False Claims Act cases, and environmental lawyers Stan Millan and Mike Chernekoff on environmental crimes.
