Christopher R. Shaw, a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the Jackson office, presented "Structured Settlement Transfers" at the Mississippi Trial and Appellate Judges Spring Conference held in Biloxi, Mississippi on April 24, 2014, at the Golden Nugget hosted by the Mississippi Judicial College. As part of its service to the people of Mississippi, the Mississippi Judicial College provides continuing education to judges and other court officials in the judicial system.
