Thomas B. Shepherd III, a partner in the firm’s Business and Commercial Transactions Practice Group in the Jackson office, was recently a guest speaker for the Spring 2013 Gaming Law Class at the University of Mississippi School of Law. The focus of this class is on laws that regulate, prohibit, or permit gambling in various forms and includes second and third year students.
