Thomas B. Shepherd III, a partner in the Jackson office, will serve as an adjunct professor of the University of New Hampshire School of Law’s program for persons seeking a certificate in sports wagering and integrity. The new program, in partnership with Sportradar, a sports data service, will be the first certified law school program dedicated to the law and business of sports wagering. The program is designed for current working professionals in the gaming industry and will center on the regulatory environment governing sports betting in the United States, especially surrounding the landmark ruling in Murphy v.
