Ronald A. Snider and Michael D. Waters, partners in the firm's Banking & Financial Services Practice Group, co-authored an article in the Fall 2010 edition of Counsel to Counsel. The article, entitled "Banks Seek Regulatory Forbearance Following Gulf Oil Spill," focuses on the added financial stress commercial banks face on their already struggling real estate portfolios as a result of the BP oil spill.
