Ben Harris, a partner in the Litigation Practice Group in the Mobile office, participated as a panelist for the discussion “Special Assets Update: After Forbearance, What’s Next?” during the Information Management Network’s (IMN) Bank Special Assets and Credit Officer’s Virtual Forum on November 10, 2020. Ben and his fellow panelists answered several questions and discussed topics such as special assets, forbearance, effects of government stimulus programs, and the demand for loans during the pandemic. The IMN is a global organizer of institutional finance and investment conferences.
