Will Hall and Det Beal, partners on the Sports & Entertainment Industry Team, served as panelists at AthleteCon 3.0, held June 3–5, 2026, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Will participated in the "The Rules Are Breaking: What Sports Law Tells Us Right Now" panel, which broke down the active litigation landscape: antitrust challenges, employment classification cases, and the ongoing fallout from House v. NCAA, and provided a practitioner-level framework for reading new legal developments as they emerge. Det participated in the "What Comes Next? The Future of NIL" panel, which mapped the active, pressure-tested federal legislative landscape, the future of private equity investment in college athletics, and the elements most likely to affect NIL strategy, revenue sharing, and the ability of conferences and schools to accept third party investment.
