Mantle, both partners on the firm's State & Local Tax team in the New Orleans office, presented at COST SALT Basics School in Dallas, Texas, on January 29, 2016. The partners' presentation, "State Tax Research Tools", discussed practical tips on conducting basic SALT research, including online databases and hardcopy text, with a brief assessment of select commercial resources; and preparing an effective file memo.
