Tax & Estates Practice Group partners Jonathan R. Katz and B. Trevor Wilson, of the New Orleans and Baton Rouge offices, respectively, presented on December 19, 2014, in separate sessions at the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants' 2014 Louisiana Tax Conference. Mr. Katz presented "A Primer on Select Tax Credits," which covered new markets tax credits and historic tax credits, and Mr. Wilson presented on "The Net Investment Income Tax: An Exercise in Fitting a Square Peg Into a Round Hole." The annual conference is the largest gathering of CPAs in Louisiana.
